Pensacola Quilts!

The Pensacola Quilts biennial show featured a booth dedicated to a long standing heritage member.

The heritage member chosen for the 2020 show was Mary Haas.

The show was held at the local fairgrounds and a booth was dedicated to Haas' decorative arts.

After installation.

Various garments made by Haas were hung on a traveling quilt rack.

Because of the cut of the vest, special supports were used in the shoulders to allow it to hang properly.

The supports used foam rolls cut to fit over the pole.

A dress form was donated by a guild member to use for a jacket.

The form was bright blue and had to be modified so that it did not detract from the jacket.

Haas was appreciative of how her garments were displayed and was honored by the attention from the guild.
